Export control and sanctions compliance
Grinex Trade complies with international export control regulations and applicable export laws.
We supply civilian and commercial goods only; we do not supply military end users or restricted or sanctioned entities.
All customers are subject to internal compliance verification. Company does not work with sanctioned entities.
Export terms (Incoterms)
- EXW (Ex Works) — Buyer arranges pickup and export formalities.
- FCA (Free Carrier) — We deliver to the carrier at the agreed place in the country of export.
- FOB (Free On Board) — We deliver on board at the port of shipment (subject to route feasibility).
Other Incoterms are available upon request.
Payment terms
- Bank transfer (T/T) — standard option for most transactions.
- Letter of Credit (L/C) — available for eligible counterparties and banks.
- Documentary collection (CAD / D/P / D/A) — where applicable.
- Other terms may be considered subject to contract and counterparty assessment.
Final payment terms depend on contract conditions, country-specific requirements, compliance checks, and counterparty assessment.
